Lesung "Writers in Climate (Crisis)" - Oktober 2022

Final event of reading of literature texts was happening on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at the Gatto in the Museum in Graz. Participants read their texts on the topic of utopian eco-literature. In this extract of the recorded event you will hear texts of Cassey Abella, Cosar Bianca (voice of the computer: Matthias Tuncel), Hannah Bönisch, Clara Poetas presenting her artwork and a talk with the co-organizer and moderator Lisa Höllebauer.

At the reading, a total of ten texts were presented, which were created in the context of the German- or English-language writing workshop in August. In the rooms of the uni-T, topics of the climate crisis were discussed, alternative solutions were discussed with scientists Theresa Boiger and Annina Thaller, among others, and creatively spun into stories and poems.

Afterwards, the texts were "translated" into a work of art by artist Clara Poetas, who aswell present her artwork.
